Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on crickxe. By accessing and using this platform you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.
18+ Age Requirement
crickxe is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under 18 years of age is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active crickxe account. Duplicate accounts are detected by our systems and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the review of any pending withdrawals.
BDT Transactions Only
All financial transactions on crickxe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved Bangladeshi bank partners.
Account Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. crickxe will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the point of offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant offer page.
Fair Play Enforcement
Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in collusion, use betting systems designed to circumvent platform rules, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and the voiding of any associated winnings.
General Terms
These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and crickxe with respect to your use of the platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support interactions, and financial transactions. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the crickxe Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and crickxe.
crickxe is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and marketed to adults residing in Bangladesh. The platform is available in English and all formal communications from crickxe to players — including account notifications, bonus terms, withdrawal confirmations, and policy updates — will be issued in English.
crickxe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including but not limited to game availability, payment methods, promotional offers, and support channels. Where a change materially affects the rights of existing players, crickxe will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or on-platform notification.
These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the crickxe Terms & Conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically, as continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
crickxe operates a strict 18+ policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place any bet or wager on the crickxe platform. This requirement applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
By creating an account on crickxe, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities. crickxe applies age verification checks at the registration stage and again at the point of first withdrawal. Players who are unable to complete age verification will have their accounts suspended pending the submission of satisfactory identification documents.
Acceptable forms of age and identity verification include, but are not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority. All documents must be current and legible. crickxe reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where the initial submission is unclear or inconclusive.
If crickxe determines at any stage that a player has misrepresented their age during registration, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds held in the account — including deposited funds — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy. crickxe will report confirmed underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.
In addition to the age requirement, players must also meet the following eligibility criteria to hold a crickxe account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion programme to which crickxe is a participant.
- You must not already hold an active or suspended crickxe account.
- You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of crickxe or any affiliated entity.
Account Registration
To access the full range of crickxe services, including real-money betting and casino games, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date and must notify crickxe promptly of any changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one crickxe account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crickxe will close all associated accounts and may withhold funds pending investigation.
Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or bonuses claimed by any person who accesses your account with or without your knowledge. crickxe strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
crickxe may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, has provided false registration information, or presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory part of the crickxe account lifecycle. KYC checks are conducted before a player's first withdrawal and may be repeated at any time during the account's lifespan. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.
Deposits & Withdrawals
crickxe processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. crickxe does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount on crickxe is ৳200 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by crickxe, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Any active bonus funds attached to the account must have their wagering requirements met before a withdrawal can be processed from the associated balance.
- crickxe processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to clear, depending on the receiving institution.
- crickxe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers high-value or that triggers a routine compliance review.
Deposits made to a crickxe account must be used for legitimate gaming activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without sufficient gaming activity constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation. crickxe maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence obligations.
Bonuses & Promotions
crickxe offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, BPL season promotions, Eid and Pohela Boishakh special offers, free bet credits, and cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
The crickxe welcome bonus is available to new players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount as specified in the current welcome offer details. The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. crickxe reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement for crickxe bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place total qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all crickxe promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual offer terms:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance, not the real-money balance, until wagering requirements are completed.
- Stakes placed on games marked as excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward the wagering requirement.
- crickxe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
- Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or take-a-break programme are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus during the exclusion period.
Promotional terms are published in English on the relevant offer page. crickxe is not responsible for any misunderstanding arising from a player's failure to read the applicable terms before claiming a bonus.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on crickxe are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game type, or event. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of the overall agreement between the player and crickxe. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for that particular game or market.
Sports betting markets on crickxe — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the expected format, crickxe reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to players' real-money balances.
Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds for live markets update in real time and are subject to suspension at any point during an event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in the player's bet history, it cannot be cancelled or amended. crickxe's settlement decisions are final and binding.
Casino games — including video slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Dice and Space Max — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
crickxe is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of network interruptions, device failures, or power outages that occur on the player's side during a gaming session. In the event of a technical failure on crickxe's own infrastructure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, crickxe will investigate and, where the failure is confirmed, will take appropriate remedial action which may include voiding affected rounds and returning stakes.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using crickxe, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. You are prohibited from using the platform in any way that could harm crickxe, other players, third-party service providers, or the integrity of the games and betting markets offered on the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crickxe:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; making chargebacks on legitimate deposits; providing false identity documentation; or any other form of financial fraud directed at crickxe or other players.
- Collusion: Communicating with other players during a live game session for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live blackjack, or any other multi-player format.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to play on your behalf or to gain an advantage over the platform's systems or other players.
- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined by crickxe's bonus integrity team.
- Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your crickxe account, including family members or associates.
- Offensive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language in any interaction with crickxe support staff or in any platform chat feature.
- Money laundering: Using the crickxe platform to process or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. crickxe maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
crickxe employs a range of technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, crickxe reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately, void any bets or game outcomes associated with the conduct, withhold any funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities as required.
Players who have concerns about the conduct of another player on the crickxe platform are encouraged to report those concerns to the crickxe support team via live chat. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
Account Suspension & Closure
crickxe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or compliance obligations.
Players who wish to close their own crickxe account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Players seeking a temporary break from the platform may use the Take a Break or self-exclusion tools available in the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. These tools are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period and cannot be lifted by contacting support prior to its expiry.
Where an account is closed by crickxe due to a Terms breach, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Winnings derived from activity that violated these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.
Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or imposed — crickxe will retain the player's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Players may request access to their retained data in accordance with the rights described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickxe's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
crickxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if crickxe has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the crickxe support team shall be escalated through the platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
crickxe is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Players are encouraged to contact support at the first sign of any issue rather than allowing concerns to escalate.
